Liza Sabater is a blogger, new media publisher, web developer and netactivist. She is the founder and lead writer of culturekitchen, [ www.culturekitchen.com ], one of the Top 100 progressive and feminist blogs in the United States and The Daily Gotham, [ www.dailygotham.com ], the lead progressive blog in New York City and on of the anchor blogs in BlogPACs 50 States Initiative. She has also launched three advocacy initiatives : The Feminist Bloggers Network, the Digital Ethnorati Project and the soon to be announced conference of Progressive New York State bloggers. Liza was born in New York City and grew up in Puerto Rico. She holds a BA in Latin American Studies & International Politics and an ABD in Spanish & Portuguese, both from New York University.
